Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.
Ship It Back
Print the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
